Here comes Thanksgiving!!



And do you know what comes after Thanksgiving?

A whole lot of opportunities for holiday shopping that do not involve big businesses or banks or malls or anything crappy like that!

November's Final Friday - 11.25.11 - Black Friday Art Market at Station North
North Avenue Market, 16 W North Avenue



For November's Final Friday, Station North will become your Black Friday holiday shopping destination! The North Avenue Market will serve as the shopping hub, featuring prints, paintings, photographs, and more by members of Charm City Craft Mafia, Baltimore Etsy Street Team, and Station North artists; each of the North Avenue Market’s storefronts will also host Black Friday markets: books will be sold at Cyclops, photographs at Windup, and prints at Baltimore Print Studios. The North Avenue Market will feature a performance by Her Fantastic Cats, named Baltimore's best Folk musician 2011 by the City Paper.

The Final Friday Art & Craft Market will run from 3:00PM – 8:00PM, followed by performances at Windup Space.

The Charm City Craft Mafia is thrilled to announce our newest juried Craft Fair!

The 5th annual Holiday Heap - a FREE indie craft fair featuring a wide array of the country's best crafters- will take place on December 3rd from 10 AM to 5 PM at 2640 St. Paul St in ...Baltimore. The event is free and open to the public. 65 Vendors juried from applicants nationwide!! Including CCCM members: Bowerbox Press, Carlybird Weaves, Cotton Monster, Meep!Craft, illegible ink, Phampersand Press, Pink Kiss Pottery, Pistol Designs, Red Prairie Press, Spaghetti Kiss, Sugar Paperie, Found Studios, City Sparrow and SO MANY MORE AMAZING CRAFTERS!

This year's fair will feature GrrChe Food Truck, Anneka photobooth, A spinning demo by Three Ravens, coffee from Red Emma's Cafe, Shopping, background music + Holiday cheer all day long.

MICA - Brown Center's Leidy Atrium and Falvey Hall lobby, 1301 W. Mt. Royal Avenue


Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) presents its 5th annual MICA Art Market Wednesday, Dec. 7th-Saturday, Dec. 10th from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. in Brown Center's Leidy Atrium and Falvey Hall lobby, 1301 W Mount Royal Ave. This festive, four-day sale features illustrations, paintings, prints, posters, sculptures, mosaics, stationery, T-shirts, ceramics, jewelry, textiles, book arts, toys, and wrapping paper designed and created by more than 300 MICA students, faculty, alumni and staff.

Vendors will accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, cash, and check. Admission to the market is free.
